Rentals

Rental privileges are exclusive to Jasper Park residents. Discounts available with JPCL membership.

Jasper Park community hall offers multiple spaces for your different types of events. We have the Main Hall with its kitchen & bar, but on our 2nd floor we have a Conference Room, Lounge, Games Room, and another small kitchen. Outside, we have the courts and ice rink that you can rent as well.

Please submit your request to rentals@jpcl.ca and phone the Rental Manager on our Contact Us page. They will provide you with pricing, rental agreement, and other information you need.

Internet Access

We have free 2-hour wireless Internet access available throughout the hall. Renters will be provided a password for longer use.

Main Hall and Stage

The main hall has seating, chairs, and tables for up to 128 people. You have the option of filling the space with round tables or rectangular tables.

The stage is part of the hall. Our current audio system is limited to a wired microphone and CD player, connected to the ceiling intercom speakers.

There are coat hangers, washrooms, and elevator to second floor between the main entrance and the hall.

This space has been used for meetings, weddings, birthday parties, gymnastics, ping pong, pickleball, plant sales, etc.

We do not allow games such as indoor basketball, soccer, dodgeball, etc. as they can damage the ceiling fans and lighting.

Main Floor Kitchen & Bar

Adjacent the main hall is the kitchen and bar. There is a roller curtain between these spaces and the main hall, that can remain closed during preparations, and opened when everything is ready!

To prepare your foods, there is a standard electric range, commercial gas stove, gas grill, that includes 2 ovens (3 ovens in total). 1 microwave, 2-3 standard coffee pots, and 1-2 commercial coffee makers. 2 standard fridges, plus 1 full size upright freezer. There is 1 small hand-washing sink, medium single sink, and double sink. For washing dishes, we have a commercial grade dishwasher.

We have sufficient plates, cutlery, steam trays, and serving utensils for most any occasion.

In the bar area, an ice machine, small hand-washing sink, and full 6-foot fridge for your drinks.

Outdoor Rink and Courts

We have a full sized outdoor rink with plastic puck boards, and a smaller "learn to skate" rink. Don't forget, JPCL members skate for free during public skating hours.

When the ice rink is not reserved for public skating, it can be rented for private use. You can contact the Rink Attendant directly, or the Rental Manager.

In the summer, the gates are left open to allow people to freely use the basketball courts. The large arena is painted with pickleball lines.

You can get ready in our heated skate shack, with public washrooms and a seasonal concession.

Lounge & Small Kitchen (2nd floor)

The lounge is our second largest space, with seating up to 40 people.

It is connected to our small upstairs Kitchen, that can be used for small meal preparation, storage, or bar. The lounge overlooks the courts and rink.

For fun, the Lounge has dart boards, big screen TV, and popular channel subscription.

Games Room (second floor)

The games room holds has seating up to 18 people, often used for socializing, card playing, or board games.

We have a pool table, shuffle board, foosball, and air hockey tables.

Adjacent the Games Room, is the small Kitchen and Lounge. Depending on your event, you can increase your space by combining the Games room, Lounge, and Kitchen as part of your rental. The combined area would seat almost 60 people, not including standing space around games.

Conference Room (second floor)

Our conference room comfortably seats 12 people. There is a small handwashing sink and 8-foot long counter for your items.

At this time, there is no audio, visual, wired networking, or wireless technologies available in our Conference Room.

Accessibility

Our front entrance is street level.

We also have an elevator for those using our 2nd floor spaces. If you require elevator access for your event, please inform the Rental Manager so the corridor for ground-level access is unlocked.

Parking at JPCL

All renters and their guests must park on the neighborhood streets. Do not block any resident's driveways!

Renters are responsible for their own etiquette, as well as reminding their guests.
